QuickPOS
3x faster checkout

The Challenge
Retail Pakistan was expanding fast — from 4 stores to 14 in under two years — but their point-of-sale software hadn't kept up. It depended on a constant internet connection, and in several store locations, connectivity dropped multiple times a day. Every dropped connection meant a cashier stuck mid-transaction, a line of frustrated customers, and a sale that either didn't happen or got written down on paper to be entered manually later.
End of day, store managers spent an hour or more reconciling paper receipts against register totals, and head office had no reliable way to see sales across all 14 stores without waiting for those manual reports to be emailed in.
Our Solution
We built an offline-first POS that runs entirely on the device — checkout, barcode scanning, and receipt printing all work with zero internet connection — and syncs to a centralized reporting hub the moment connectivity returns. Cashiers never see a dropped-connection error; the app just keeps working, and sales queue up to sync in the background.
Head office got a live dashboard showing sales across all 14 stores in one place, replacing the manual email-in reports entirely. Barcode support cut the time to ring up a typical basket dramatically, which matters most during the exact peak-hour rushes when the old system was most likely to drop connection.
Results
- Zero downtime sales during outages
- 3x faster checkout
- Unified reporting across 14 stores
