EduNet Schools was managing attendance in paper registers, grades in individual teachers' personal spreadsheets, and parent communication through a patchwork of WhatsApp groups that different teachers ran differently. None of it talked to any of the rest of it. A parent asking about their child's attendance record might get a different answer depending on which teacher they happened to reach.

As the network grew past a dozen campuses, this stopped being a minor inconvenience and became a real operational risk — no consistent way to spot a struggling student across subjects, no reliable audit trail for grades, and administrators who couldn't get a straight answer about network-wide attendance without chasing down every campus individually.

We built a web-based LMS covering attendance, gradebooks, and assignment workflows in one system, with a parent portal that pushes automated progress updates instead of relying on teachers to remember to message home. Every campus in the network runs on the same platform, so administrators get consistent, real-time visibility instead of a patchwork of campus-specific habits.

We rolled it out campus by campus, starting with attendance and gradebooks since those had the clearest immediate payoff, then layered in the parent portal once teachers were comfortable with the core workflow. The system now handles over 50,000 students across the network.
